Portal: www.visaonlineapply.com/korea • Effective Date: 04 September 2026 • Last Updated: 06 September 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.visaonlineapply.com/korea (the "Website") and the South Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) application support services provided by VISAonlineapply LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Organization ID: 2026-001983981), with registered office at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, 82801, Sheridan, United States.

By accessing the Website, submitting an application, making any payment, or using any of our services, the user ("Client" or "Applicant") expressly acknowledges and confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If the Client does not agree to these Terms in full, they must immediately discontinue use of the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.

These Terms are supplemental to our main Terms and Conditions at www.visaonlineapply.com/terms and should be read together with our Korea Privacy Policy, Korea Cookie Policy, and Korea Refund and Cancellation Policy, all published on this portal.

Type and Scope of Services

VISAonlineapply LLC is an independent, privately owned company. The Company provides administrative assistance and facilitation services in connection with South Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) applications only.

Our services are strictly limited to: providing general guidance based solely on publicly available official information published by the Korean Ministry of Justice; reviewing documents submitted by the Client for apparent completeness and consistency; assisting in completing the K-ETA application form based on information provided by the Client; submitting the application through the official Korean Government portal on behalf of the Client upon receipt of full payment; and communicating the application outcome to the Client once issued by the Korea Immigration Service.

The Company does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, eligibility assessments, guarantees of outcome, or representation before any governmental authority. The Client acknowledges that the Company does not independently verify the authenticity or legality of any document submitted.

Standard Processing only: We currently offer a single processing tier for K-ETA applications. Once all required information and documents have been received in full and verified as complete, we aim to review and submit the application to the Korean authorities within 24 hours. This timeframe applies solely to our internal handling of the application and does not include the Korean Government's own decision time, which is outside our control (see "No Guarantee of Approval" below). No expedited or "urgent" processing tier is currently offered — the Korean K-ETA Center itself does not offer paid express processing, and we do not offer one either. Processing timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on operational factors and application volume.

⚠️ Check If You Need a K-ETA Before Applying

The Korean Ministry of Justice has extended a temporary K-ETA exemption for nationals of 67 countries until 31 December 2026, and travellers aged 17 and under or 65 and over — regardless of nationality — are also currently exempt.

If you are exempt, you generally only need to complete the free e-Arrival Card at www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr, not a K-ETA. We strongly recommend checking your status at https://www.k-eta.go.kr/ before paying for a K-ETA application through our Service.

If you knowingly apply while your nationality is shown as exempt during the application process, our Service Fee is non-refundable once submitted, as the work will have been performed.

No Government Affiliation

VISAonlineapply LLC is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Justice, the Korea Immigration Service, or any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. The official K-ETA portal is, and remains, https://www.k-eta.go.kr/. The K-ETA Center publicly states that no private agency has special access to the system.

You may apply for a K-ETA directly through the official Government portal, where you will pay only the official Government Fee (currently KRW 10,000, approximately USD 8, plus the online payment processing fee), without our Service Fee. Using our Service is entirely optional.

All K-ETA applications are assessed and decided solely by the Korean Ministry of Justice and Korea Immigration Service. The Company has no control over, and does not influence, application decisions, processing times, approvals, refusals, or revocations.

Client Responsibilities

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information — including the mandatory criminal record and infectious disease history declarations required by the Korean Government;
  • Submitting authentic and legally obtained documentation;
  • Reviewing and approving all application details prior to submission;
  • Meeting all eligibility criteria imposed by the Korean Ministry of Justice;
  • Complying with all Korean immigration, entry, and travel regulations, including the maximum stay permitted per visit;
  • Travelling only on the passport used in the K-ETA application, and submitting a new application if the passport changes or if any eligibility answer changes;
  • Completing the mandatory e-Arrival Card at www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr within 3 days before arrival, unless exempt as a K-ETA holder.

Strict notice: The Company shall not be liable for any delays, refusals, cancellations, penalties, travel bans, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the Client. Submitting false information to Korean authorities may constitute a criminal offence under Korean law.

Information cannot be modified once a K-ETA application is submitted. If a correction is needed, the Client must submit an entirely new application and pay a new fee; our Service Fee on the original application will not be refunded once submitted.

Company Responsibilities

VISAonlineapply LLC undertakes to provide its services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence. The Company's responsibilities are strictly limited to administrative and facilitation services in connection with the K-ETA application, including reviewing documents for completeness, assisting in application form preparation, submitting the application through the official Korean Government portal upon receipt of full payment, and forwarding the application outcome once issued.

The Company does not assume responsibility for:

  • Decisions made by the Korean Government regarding approval, refusal, cancellation, or revocation of K-ETA;
  • Any financial, personal, or travel-related consequences arising from such decisions;
  • The authenticity, legality, or accuracy of documentation submitted by the Client;
  • Any technical failures or interruptions on third-party platforms or the Korean Government's own portal;
  • The Client's failure to complete the separate, free e-Arrival Card;
  • Denial of boarding by an airline, or refusal of entry by Korean immigration officers, notwithstanding an approved K-ETA.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a warranty, guarantee, or representation of any particular outcome, approval, or timeframe.

Fees and Payments

All Service Fees charged by the Company are separate from and additional to the Korean Government Fee. The total amount payable at checkout is currently approximately USD 79 per applicant (charged in the currency shown at checkout), consisting of: the Government Fee (KRW 10,000, approximately USD 8, set by the Korean Ministry of Justice and subject to change without notice, plus the online payment processing fee); and our processing and administrative Service Fee (approximately USD 71). The exact breakdown is shown on the order summary page before you submit payment.

All fees must be paid in full before the Company begins preparing or submitting the application. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction charges, for which we are not responsible.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations for the Korea K-ETA service are governed by our separate Korea Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of a K-ETA application through the Company does not constitute, imply, or guarantee approval. The Company makes no representation, warranty, or assurance that any application will be approved, processed within a specific timeframe, or result in permission to enter South Korea. The Client expressly acknowledges that:

  • All decisions are made solely and exclusively by the Korean Ministry of Justice and Korea Immigration Service;
  • Processing times are determined entirely by the Korean authorities and may vary without notice, typically up to 72 hours;
  • The Korean authorities may request additional information, delay processing, refuse issuance, or revoke an approved K-ETA at their discretion;
  • Even after K-ETA approval, final admission to South Korea remains at the sole discretion of Korean immigration officers at the port of entry, and all international visitors aged 17 or older are subject to mandatory fingerprint and facial recognition registration on arrival, regardless of visa type.

The Company shall not be held liable for refusals, delays, additional information requests, cancellations, revocations, entry denials, travel interruptions, or any related financial or personal consequences.

Limitation of Liability

The Company provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While VISAonlineapply LLC undertakes reasonable care in reviewing and submitting applications based on the information provided, the Client acknowledges that administrative, clerical, technical, or system-related errors may occur despite the exercise of reasonable care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VISAonlineapply LLC, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or services — including but not limited to K-ETA refusals, delays, cancellations, revocations, travel disruptions, missed flights, financial losses, system failures of the Korean Government's own portal, or changes in Korean immigration law or policy.

In all circumstances, and regardless of the legal basis of the claim, the Company's total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount of the Service Fee actually paid by the Client to the Company for the specific application giving rise to the claim, excluding the Government Fee and any third-party charges.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government or regulatory authorities, changes in applicable immigration laws or policies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, system outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party platforms or government portals.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VISAonlineapply LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: any breach of these Terms by the Client; submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information; misuse of the Website or services; violation of any applicable law; claims brought by third parties resulting from the Client's actions or omissions; or any unjustified chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Client.

Use of Website

The Client agrees to use the Website strictly in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, and shall not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website; interfere with its functionality or security; introduce malicious code; use automated systems or bots to extract data; or submit fabricated, altered, or false documentation. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website and services if misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Data Protection

Personal information provided by the Client is collected, processed, stored, and transmitted in accordance with our Korea Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Website and submitting personal information, the Client consents to the collection, use, storage, and transfer of such data for the purpose of providing the requested service — including submission to the Korean Ministry of Justice and to third-party service providers where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, and software displayed on the Website (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of VISAonlineapply LLC or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Cancellation and Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate the provision of services to any Client who breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuses the Website.

Communication and Notices

Communications between the Company and the Client may be conducted via email, the Website, or WhatsApp. Communications sent to the Client's provided email address or phone number shall be deemed received upon delivery. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on the Website, with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that determination shall not affect the validity of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms, together with our main Terms and Conditions, Korea Privacy Policy, Korea Cookie Policy, and Korea Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the Korea K-ETA service.

Acknowledgment of Risk

The Client expressly acknowledges that K-ETA applications involve inherent risks, including processing delays, refusals, cancellations, revocations, entry denials, and changes in immigration law — all circumstances entirely outside the Company's control. The Client voluntarily assumes these risks.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, the Website, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be referred to informal resolution at info@visaonlineapply.com; if unresolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

Where the Client is a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, the Client retains the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence as required by applicable local consumer protection law.
