VISAonlineapply LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a private limited liability company operating an independent visa facilitation and travel authorization preparation service. We assist applicants in compiling, vetting, translating, and submitting applications to official government portals.

2 2. Client Representations & Accuracy of Information

By utilizing our services, the Client represents and warrants that:

• check_circle You hold a valid travel passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from your date of intended travel.
• check_circle You have authorized the Company to transmit your data to the relevant government border control system on your behalf.

3 3. Final Authority of Government Decisions

The decision to grant, delay, or deny any visa or electronic travel authorization (including ESTA, UK ETA, and K-ETA) rests exclusively in the sovereign discretion of the destination country's border authorities. The Company cannot guarantee approval under any circumstance, and our professional fee is for administrative review and lodgement work rendered.
